Polly’s Pies
Polly's Pies donated pies and coupons to the bake sale that was held as part of our Rummage Sale Fundraiser (see below) in March. They graciously hosted a fundraiser for us at their Torrance location on June 20, 2009 where 20% of all checks from those patrons who had a coupon was donated to the Doors of Hope Women's Shelter. Several individuals who came to the location on that date also made donations. Thank you!
Rummage Sale
A rummage sale was held on March 28, 2009, hosted by Torrance First Baptist Church. It was a joint effort on the part of many churches and businesses that support the Mission. We were able to raise over $8000 due to the generosity of those who donated and those who participated onthe day of the sale.
